TEMPLATE CHANGE NEEDED – 2 QUESTIONS

  • After working on my Coraline blog for the past few months I’ve come to the conclusion that Coraline, just isn’t meeting my needs. I love that fact it has 3 columns (2 sidebars and center column) but the sidebar areas are too narrow and changing the template is beyond my capability and I don’t see where Marquex custom sidebar widget will help me. I really need a theme that will utilize all of the web screen. I have two questions —

    1. if I switch to a new template now, even one with 3 columns, will I lose all the drop down menus and category pages I’ve set up.

    2. Do I have to use www.ads-software.com templates or can I use, for instance, a “Hot Word Press” theme or some other premium theme?

    I’d really hope someone will answer sooner rather than later.
