Template Changes do not show

Recently i’ve noticed that I am able to make changes to the template files, but none of these changes appear on my homepage- particularly the “single post” style.

I was wondering if anyone could help me know why it shows that i’ve made these changes to the files (the files are updated with my changes) but these changes do not appear.

All of the files have been CHMODed to 777 and all plugins have been disabled, but it continues not to work.
