Template construction-company-02 in wrong category?

    I am trying to install the construction-company-02( https://wpastra.com/templates/construction-company-02/ ) theme, but after going through the whole procedure, the site is not working.
    I noticed that the theme description states that the theme is available in Elementor. BUT during installation, it is in the section Wp Block Editor.

    Perhaps this is an error?
    Because in the end, nothing can be done with the site. In any settings block, a lot of error messages immediately appear:

    Warning: Undefined variable $blockattr in class-uagb-post-assets.php
