    Hi team,

I have created a number of welcome emails using the same template. After updating the plugin, the contents of all the emails disappeared, leaving the titles and the schedule settings intact.

When I create a new email using the same template, the design I previously saved in the template is simply not there, despite that the previous shows the original design.

How can I recover the contents of all the emails without having to write them up from scratch?

    Cheers,

despite the “preview” shows the original design.

    Hello @iitelltao,

Please try clearing your browser cache, and if you have any WP caching plugins installed – please clear their cache as well.
Your content has not been lost, but we have recently seen caching issues on certain hosts.

Let us know if that helps.

    Best regards,
    MailPoet Team.

    Hi team,

Thanks for the feedback. I was using autoptomize. I thought that might have some conflict and I cleared cache. No change. I deleted the autoptomize plugin. No change.

Out of curiosity, does Mailpoet 3 require the word-by-word mySQL database name? My server company had changed the name of MySQL database around the same time as this thing (the email contents not showing) happened. If so, is there a way to correct it?

    Cheers,

Hmm, we’re not sure. Could you get in touch with us through the rounded blue circle that exists on all MailPoet pages in your Dashboard? That way we can further help you diagnose this issue.
