Plugin stopped working after installing other plugins, e.g. Clearify: template editor doesn’t allow to edit template and form sending doesn’t work. I removed WP HTML Mail
and Clearify and downloaded WP HTML Mail again but problem still exists.

Which MySQL table I should empty/remove in order to reset plugin settings?

    Hello oo,

if there is an incompatibility issue with another plugin, this can only be solved programmatically.

The name of this specific plugin is “Clearify”? If not please list the plugins that are causing issues.

    Best regards

I think problem was with Webcraftic Clearfy but I’m not sure. I already uninstalled it so that I can star over with WP HTML Mail.

Is there any database tables I should remove?

    Hello, @outiojala

The Webcraftic Clearfy plugin completely stops working after deactivation. If the problem remained after deactivating the plugin, it means that the problem is different.

You also don’t need to delete anything from the database if you deactivated the plugin (especially if you deleted it).

    Hallo Artem,

    thank you for your input.

    @ oo
Are you still having issues after removing the plugin and if yes, can you please state them in as much detail as possible?

And as Artem mentioned above, there should not be a need for removing anything from the database.

    Best regards
