I’d like to display testimonial elements in this order:

    testimonial
    testimonial author
    author’s title
    author’s company name
    geographic location

I created custom fields and tried to both create or just edit a template to include the custom fields, and even though the alert message says that the template has been saved, all of the fields that I dragged and dropped to Active Items are back in Unused Items, except for the Title field.

I can’t switch over to Twenty Ten to rule out the theme because this is on a client’s live site. The theme is a premium Genesis child them but it’s not one purchased through StudioPress so it’s possible the code isn’t up to their standards.

But if you can suggest anything else I might look at before I abandon this plugin and try to find something else, I am willing to try it. You have included some helpful features that others have left out, and I would like to make it work if I can.

    Thanks.

    Hi Teresa,

I am getting that issue when I create a new template. (I will fix this of course).

However, when I go back in and edit that template I am able to move custom fields over and it saves properly.

Can you give that a try?

    Hello again Teresa,

I found the issue and have pushed an update that fixes it.

    Thanks,
    Jeff
