Template fields in same line

I have 4 fields to display in the template: title, field1, field2 and field3. The layout I need is the isolated title on the first line and on the second line the 3 fields side by side, like this:

TITLE
field1: field 2 – field3

Is it possible to edit the template so that the fields are displayed side by side on the same line? I only managed to put them one on each row separately.
