template from html website

I am trying to recreate a template for my blog from my own website (www.rankin.sk) and don’t know how to do it. I made the thing using dreamweaver, and basically have two editable regions the main of which I would like to have the main blog part. Is this possible, and is there an easy way to do it to make it work with wordpress? I’ve never used wordpress before, and only know html.
