template Header size change

can anyone help me with a problem I have with my website (www.drivewithclive.ie) The Header on all pages has alot of whitespace i.e. its depth/height is too big. Theme is “DrivingSchool” by themeforest.net. Need Help, it doesnt look very professional and am new to wordpress and css. Many Thanks in advance! #stressed out!
