Template icon for Elementor disappeared

  • Hi,

    When I edit a page with Elementor and I want to add a new section, two icons usually appear, the first one being a pink button with a “+”, the other one a grey icon with a folder where I can access templates and choose a template.

    But the template icon isn’t there now. I deactivated all plugins besides Elementor and changed theme to Twenty Seventeen, and then the button appeared, so I figured that the error happens when using the Rife Theme.

    What can I do to get the template button back?

    I have just checked that with newest Rife Free and Elementor, and it works fine for me.

    Hard to tell what could be happening in your case.

    I would disable all plugins except for Elementor, and make sure that you have cleared the cache in your browser, or use private mode.

    Hi Air,

    I am using Rife Pro. I know this forum is for the free version, hope you don’t mind ??

    I disabled all the plugins besides Elementor once again and went incognito, but it is still missing.
