Template issue and feature request

Hello,

First, thanks for this wonderful plugin and this proper work.

Just a strange issue: the html mail template seems not to be overwritten by a template placed in a child theme. I tried to edit it within a child theme and it’s not taken into account.
Editing template in plugin folder, works obviously. But it’s necessary to keep a backup up of these files in case of update of you plugin …

And, if I may, it could be useful to add a item “send the delivered order mail” in the section “Send order email” within the admin of order (backend).
It could be nice to manually send or resend the mail without changing the status of an order to “pending” – save – then changing the status to “delivered” – save . Which create a new “delivered mail” and send it automatically.
