Template kit not showing pages kit and pattern

    I am experiencing that template kit is empty. I am using Astra and Astra Pro. Spectra and Spectra Pro. The template kit stopped showing pages patterns and kit about 1 month ago.

    I updated all the plugins to the latest versions still the issue is not resolved.

    I rolled back Spectra to 2.10.4 (December 2023) still the issue is not resolved

    I changed the PHP.ini and restarted the IIS as per article below still the issue is not resolved.

    I disabled the AI in design library still the issue is not resolved.

    I can successfully sync but patterns pages and kits are empty.

    I am not able to replicate the issue on my installation. Can you please check by clearing all the caches and regenerating permalinks.

    As recommended I cleared all browsers caches, tried multiple browsers and regenerated permalinks still I am facing the same issue.

    I am not sure if it is helpful I have support ticket logged about a month ago. They want a staging website. We cannot publish the website to internet as it is still being developed. I suggested having a remote session. I have premium support. for Astra pro and Spectra Pro. Case ID:126661

    I am having the same problem. Spectra is not working. When I go to create a new page, the design gallery appears, I am able to choose it, but when I try to insert it, it does not work. Nothing loads on my page.

    Sorry, I know i should start my own thread, but as this one is actually nor resolved, I do a follow up.

    I am experiencing exactly the same situation (and I did all the recommended options). synchronizing library but remaining empty.

    If you manage to solve it for the other users, could you publish the solution, as it would be useful to all.
