PLease post all the info here as asked in that post.

To be clear, you open a page in Elementor edit mode and clik on “add template”?
Then it keeps loading?

Can you edit if you do not try to add a template?

Anyway please share the info!

I needed to allow the following urls in my hosting configuration to install elementor / elementor pro and access the template library:

https://elementor.com
https://my.elementor.com
https://go.elementor.com
