Template mail – NEW CHAT!

    Hello.
    We can’t find the email template – NEW CHAT! – The email is delivered but it is impossible to find the language keys with LOCO and the mail template does not exist in the SETTING / MAIL / TEMPLATE back office.
    Can you help us, this is really a big problem for us.

    Thank you for reaching out. We do not have any option to override the “New Chat” email template in the settings but you can edit the template by using the Loco Translator plugin.
