    Hi,

Every time i click on the icons, it says template not found. Like this:

Template not found! Check if the following file exists:
    /home/content/p3pnexwpnas07_data02/06/2560706/html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/templates/pdf/Simple/packing-slip.php

When I check that directory, it is there.

The plugin works fine in our current site but we are moving that site to a new server and new design. It is in this new site that it is refusing to work though all other configurations are exactly the same.

You probably have an old version of the template settings saved, which had absolute paths stored (this was fixed about a year ago though).
Try resaving the template settings on both sites, that should fix it (make sure the simple template is selected!)

Hi, thanks for the quick reply.

Following your advice, under status, I had to uncheck “use old tmp folder”…switched some other settings on and off and it worked perfectly after that!
