Hi @petroc
Thanks for response!
I’m assuming that not only Hustle but also WordPress and other plugins/theme are all up to date and the PHP version powering the site is at least 7 or more, right?
If yes and deactivating additional optimization plugin didn’t help, it means there is a conflict with other part of the site so a full conflict test would be essential in this case.
The process goes like this:
– switch theme to Twenty Twenty or Twenty Twenty-One
– disable all the plugins except Hustle
– if there’s any server-side cache -purge it
– check if the issue is still happening
– if not, start enabling plugins back one-by-one after each one checking for the issue; if it starts to happen at some point during the process, we can consider the last enabled plugin as the cause of the conflict (so let us know about it)
– if it’s still not happening after all the plugins are enabled again, then switch back to your original theme and check again; if it starts to happen now – the theme would be related to the case.
Knowing about that we could then “dig deeper” to find why the conflict is happening and how to fix it.
Would you, please, conduct such test and let us know about its results here?
Kind regards,
Adam
