Template options don’t work

I don’t have the option to set the menu to the right. But even worse, no matter what template I choose, it makes no difference, it is stuck on template 1. I also cannot change the colors. I can make the changes and hit save but my changes make no difference. Is there some CSS code I need to use or is this just broken? I might be able to get my client to purchase the pro, but not going to waste money on a product that isn’t going to work properly
