Template out of Wack…restoring WordPress Core Files
-
>I was thinking if there is a place were a templates save certain settings on a table on MYSQL database, or another place in the wordpress files? OR maybe I accidental change some code on the wordpress core files inside the WordPress Dashboard on the Text Editor
I recently install the Gazette wordpress theme, and i started editing it and everything was looking good..
The Gazette Theme settings has advertising ad spots so you could place the URL of the ad pic and the URL of the link then what i did (in the one that is on the header 468×60 banner spot, I tried to paste a google adsense java script code on the both the URL spot for the pic and the link).
then after that the entire theme went out of wack, meaning the right side bar is on the left the feature slide section is down, the footer is in the center and so on..
I went back inside the Theme’s Settings so i could delete it but that entire section i gone(does not show).
I try ed to deactivate, delete, and re-download & re-install the theme but i keep getting the same problem as if I never deleted the them, that’s why I know there must be a place were settings get saved. What do you think?
