Template overrides not working after updates

    I recently updated woocommerce and wordpress, updated the database, and not my template overrides are bing completely ignored. I am getting a warning in my status report about mySQL being outdated, but am not sure this is the issue. Has anyone experienced this? Is the outdated mySQL the issue?
