Template – Pulse News App

Hello! This is my first post to this forum – so my sincere apologies if I’m going about this incorrectly.

I’m looking to install a template that would allow me to set up a website that has a similar feel to the Pulse News mobile app. It would require multiple horizontal sliders that could be populated with graphic links to news stories. Each slider would be dedicated to a specific source of news.

What’s the best way to accomplish this?

I understand that I might have to make some sacrifices and that I might not be able to accomplish exactly what I’m looking to do – but even if I could get close, that would be pretty cool.
