Template sometimes not loaded

Hi,
I am using the advanced option using a template file (within my multisite setup, plugin network activated). There are some posts, though, which do not even load the template.
First I though the used criterias are preventing that something is shown. This is not the case. Actually the whole template file is being skipped.
Other posts do load the template and show the similar post as intended.
The posts where the similar posts are not shown are not random. I have not been able to determine what are the similarities.
Have you any clue what causes this and how to fix this?

Ok thanks for the info @mogli235, thanks yes it looks like YARPP isn’t getting shown at all on page where its not working.
It seems you’re using a different template on the second page, probably one that doesn’t include the custom call to show the related posts. For example, I see the footer is totally different on that page too.
Are you using the classic editor, Gutenberg or some other page builder? Can you confirm those two pages are using the same template?
