Template Tag wp_list_bookmarks

I’m using the links to navigate my website due to the nature of the site I’m creating. However, I want to use some jquery scripts with each individual link (show and hide stuff on click) and I cannot figure out how to edit the way things are listed using that template tag. Can you help?
