I don’t see any tags visible on that page. Did you manage to figure this out?
The Rebalance theme supports the Content Options feature of the Jetpack plugin, so you can disable tags from displaying under Content Options in the Customizer.

On single-post pages this theme displays the post date at the top, under the post title, but tags only appear at the bottom of the page, just above the Previous/Next post links. To have tags appear at the top next to the date you’d need to modify the theme’s PHP files to have the tags inserted there, but we don’t provide support for that type of customization of our themes.
That said, I don’t see any tags displayed on your single posts either, and if you use Jetpack’s Content Options to hide tags, they’ll be hidden on both the posts feed, and the single-post views.
