template/links disappear after a while

Ok so i finally figured out how to transfer the wordpress blog from old site to new…i put the sql code into phpmyadmin and everything.. i created a new blog onto the site and went to phpmyadmin and pur the sql code in.. I am able to see all the previous posts from the old blog but the problem is that the template and the links inside the site dissappear after a while. I have tried re-restoring the blog but the same issues occurs..so help me if anyone can..i’ll appreciate it.
