    Hi,

I’ve been trying to override the template for the invoice, but copying those files in my child theme’s woocommerce pdf directory (as per your instructions) will do nothing.

Can you please have a look into it?

    Thanks,
    Mikey

Did you rename the template folder from Simple to something else, and did you select that new template in the PDF Invoice settings? Full instructions are in the documentation: Creating a custom PDF template, please double check the folder structure & files present.

Yes, I precisely used these instructions:

“To create a customized version of the Simple template, Copy all the files from the plugin folder:

    wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/templates/Simple

to your (child) theme (replace ‘yourtheme’ by your theme folder):

    wp-content/themes/yourtheme/woocommerce/pdf/yourtemplate

Oh, wait…I did not select the new template in PDF Invoice Settings. It was not straightforward to me from the instructions. I thought it would simply become automatically overridden as it happens with the templates of other plugins.

Now it is ok. Thank you, kind Sir!
