• Hello,
I made my own newsletter templates, based on Sweet Barcelona, just as you have instructed.
After the latest upgrade of plugin… there is only the original one.
    Why is that?
How do I make sure the one I make again, now, is going to remain there this time?
    Thank you,
    Vera

  • You have to place the new template in /wp-content/uploads/knewstemplates/ folder.

    Kimso,
Thank you for answering, even if after so much time.
I did say that I have done “just as you ahve instructed”.
Making this folder and placing it there is in your instructions, if I am not mistaken. So – I did. And yet – it was gone.

I saw your answer while I was searching another thing and I thought it will be nice to response you so that all users can know the solution.

You can see this option in the changelog version 1.2.2 (https://es.www.ads-software.com/plugins/knews/changelog/).

Is strange, I made this in some sites and there’s no problem. When I upload the template is still in here.

Maybe you must change the name of your new template instead of change the sweet barcelona, because maybe can conflict having two templates with same name.

    Thank you, but no.
I had made two templates: one in English, one in Hebrew, and named them a different name with the language at end.
I have seen them well, different from the Sweet Barcelona. Until I didn’t. They were just… gone.
This time, I made them again, naturally, and saved copy folders on my computer, just in case they get deleted again. But this is NOT A SOLUTION, but a precaution.
Yes, it may be strange, but still…
