Templates do not update

    Hi there I’ve updated woocommerce templates for years now. Lately it doesn’t seem to be working anymore. My woocommerce-version is 8.7.0 on WP 6.4.3

    I downloaded 2 files from here:
    /public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/emails

    I overwrote them in the theme-child-folder here:
    /public_html/wp-content/themes/twentythirteen-child/woocommerce/emails

    the status keeps saying:
    email-addresses.php?Version?5.6.0?ist veraltet. Die Hauptversion ist 8.6.0,
    email-styles.php?Version?7.4.0?ist veraltet. Die Hauptversion ist 8.6.0

    same goes for email-addresses.php in subfolder /plain

    What I did so far:
    emptied woocommerce transient emptied expired woocommerce transient (abgelaufene Transients)
    emptied template cache
    emptied browser cache
    deleted local storage, session storage

    I even deleted the files from the child-folder and reuploaded them… same result. What else can I try to change the status reports mind to see them as “updated”?

    So glad to see this! Having the same issue, moved files around to where they’re not even in the child folder anymore as well as did a database optimization and then a repair sequence, but no go. Still says:
    /woocommerce/emails/email-addresses.php version 5.6.0 is out of date. The core version is 8.6.0
    /woocommerce/emails/email-styles.php version 7.4.0 is out of date. The core version is 8.6.0

    I’m using flatsome theme, btw, so different from poster above.

    @shameemreza thanks for your input. Woocommerce seems to be working fine despite the warnings (which were there for several updates now). Guess the WordPress-Theme “Twenty Thirteen” is outdated for good and it’s time to use a more modern template soon.

    Hah… just checked the status again of Woocommerce – the warnings are gone. Whatever it was, it vanished. I am not sure if there was an update of the theme Twenty Thirteen since the post or an update on woocommerce in the meantime. But it’s resolved now.
