Templates in PAGE EDIT and MySQL

PAGE Edit has stopped showing the templates available beyond default and archives. None of thread https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/201526 helped.
Browsing Table: bw_posts has Pages as well as Posts, but code shows nothing of template used.
How might I edit or override the template for a particular page?
