Templates into saving or loading

    I really want and need to duplicate some pages and read to save a page as a template and then insert that template.

    However everytime I go to do that, after I name the template, there’s an endless loading page so I’m unsure as to whether anything has saved or not.

    Similarly when i want to create a new page and select my templates – again endless loading page.

    I followed the instructions here: https://elementor.com/help/elementor-library-faq/?utm_source=editor-panel&utm_medium=wp-dash&utm_campaign=learn and believe the templates are being saved as I could see them listed under the maintenance mode tab, however I can’t seem to use on a new page at all.

    When I go to synch the library as per the above instructions and then click save, a page of different warning messages come up but I’m not sure whether they are blockers.

    Please kindly help! I’m too scared to disable all my plugins or change themes as i don’t want to have to rebuild my site again.

    Here it would be helpful if we could see the screenshot of the issue or a short video of the steps that lead to this issue. In the meantime, it would be helpful to clear all forms of cache including your browser cache, your WP cache (your WP caching plugin if you have one), and your server cache (In this case, you can contact your hosting provider for help to clear the server cache). Also, check for third-party plugin incompatibility by?disabling all third-party plugins.

    When it comes to disabling plugins, make sure that the backup is created first and then perform the steps, so if anything goes wrong the backup can be reverted. Or, you could set up the staging website, so the changes can be made on that website instead of on the live site in order to test the behavior.
