I am not able to replicate the issue on my installation. Here is a debugging step that will help you to resolve the issue.

– Adjust the PHP configuration of your site according to this guide: https://wpastra.com/docs/modify-your-php-configuration/

– Regenerate permalink from wp-admin > settings > permalinks (https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-regenerate-your-permalinks-in-wordpress/ )

– Clear all the caches including the server-side cache

– Turn off all the third-party plugins.

This happens to me, frequently, either when my website goes down or when the service with spectra is not available.
