• The old template works fine, but when attempting to use the new template, either “Responsive Starter” or a clone, all I get is {content-area-one} and my company address in the test email.

    I followed your knowledge base article “Getting Started With SendPress Templates” to the letter. Any thoughts?

  • I am currently having this issue as well. It started happening after I went to version 1.0.3. The templates only show the section tags and the formatting is not showing up in the emails being sent.

    Would like to know as well.

    I’m having the same problem. Also, how do I delete templates? For some reason there are 5 X Responsive Starter’s and I didn’t clone them. I don’t see an option to delete any.

    Hi All,

    The templates have been updated with the latest release and you can now delete extra’s and it should not create more. Also template tags should be working.
