templateSOLD install error "stylesheet is missing"

  • I bought a WordPress photo portfolio template from templateSOLD through hostmonster. The theme downloaded is ultracleangallery. The zip file was unzipped with 7-zip. I uploaded the unzipped directory folder and files into the /wp-content/themes/ultracleangallery/(files from theme). WordPress said that the theme was broken with the Description “Stylesheet is missing.” So, I tried anther way and uploaded the zip file in wordpress, then extracted it in wordpress…result was the same error. I redownloaded the theme from templateSOLD and repeated the process.

    The new template does not work and keeps saying “Stylesheet is missing.”
    Please help!

    Please contact the theme vendor for support. Support should be included with the purchase, and they probably know the theme better than most of us.
