Templating and Location

    You should edit the main theme’s style.css file to affect the thumbnail style.

    Regarding the location, you’ll want to disable the “Automatically display related posts” box in YARPP options, then add the code <?php related_posts(); ?> in your theme wherever you’d like them to display.
