Hi, i expected to find some documentation about this somewhere, but didn’t.
Can the template files (email $ form) be changed outside of the plugin folder, like in a theme subfolder? I really want to change the email format, without risking my custom template file being overwritten during an plugin update.

    Thanks
    Tez

    Hey Tez,

This is something that can be done in the “Pro” version that we have meant to also add into the free version. I’ll go ahead and add it into the next update for you. There will be a link to documentation on this in the change log so you can check it out and save your changes before updating.

    I hope you’re having a good week!

Thanks Craig, I appreciate the quick response! I’ll do the templating within the plugin folder for now, and keep a copy outside of it, for when the update comes.

    Hello again,

Just following up to let you know that version 2.3 has support for custom email templates. Just be sure to save your files in a different location before updating. Follow this guide: https://roundupwp.com/faq/change-html-email-templates/

    I hope all is well!

    Thanks,

    Craig
