I am working on fixing broken links on our WordPress instance, and am looking for a way to temporarily disable the notifications, as it sends one every time I change a broken link.

I don’t want to disable the plugin, as “On plugin deactivation. The plugin will remove all data in database created by this plugin”.

What can I do in this situation?

First of all you can select not to delete the subscribers when you deactivate the plugin.

    Or

You can export all the subscribers to a file. Delete all the subscriber and import them back when you are ready

    Or

you can untick the resend checkbox

I have it selected not to delete the subscribers, but that text in the description makes it seem as though other information is deleted as well.

What other information do you mean?

The only thing you loose are the settings. You can wrie these down before you desctivate

Do the templates go away as well? Or is it just the settings?
