    Hi,

    Can someone explain why visitors who are not logged in with Facebook account, the messages will be disabled after 24h?

    We are facing problems that some questions needs other department answers, so it takes time and we sometimes can’t answer to customer after 24h.
    Another example is when customers turns to us on weekends, when we aren’t working, we see messages on Monday, but FB has disabled this conversation.

    Does someone is facing a same problem? What would be solution in these cases?

    Are you using API to reply messages? My suggestion is to setup a better automated response to prompt the guest user to either upgrade to a logged in user or leave email for future followup.
