Temporary Ban Commenter

Always find this to be a weird one. Very hard to find a plugin that bans someone from commenting. Not from logging in, not from accessing the website, just from commenting! I think I found a plugin once before but can’t find it anymore. Temporary ban someone from commenting for breaking the rules.
