    Hi

    I love your plugin and never had issues before.
    Have issue on temporary page for client.

    Temporary Coming Soon page has gone strange since putting on New Hosting Server designed in WordPress. Was looking normal now not.

    Have no idea HOW to fix it .. Unless I try another plugin.
    I have always used your plugin and never had issues before.

    Website is NOT yet live but since moving to new server seems NOT to be mobile friendly.
    Heading text is unreadable and small on mobile device.
    Text is NOT readable on mobile.
    PC it is huge and NOT like it should be.
    Header logo should fit nicely on Top Header not like it is.

    I need to fix this urgently if you could help please

    This is PC version now, wasn’t looking like this before.

    NO matter what I design it is looking strange now and not mobile & IPad friendly and issue on PC.

    If someone could help urgently would be great.

    I’ve gone googling also to find a resolution ..

    This is on your website but I cannot find this setting in the free version.

    Pages Not Showing Correctly

    If a page is not showing properly while viewing on the frontend, you may try turning the Isolation Mode option to rule out any third-party styling. You can do this by going to the Page Settings > General panel, then toggle the Isolation Mode option to Enable.

    There is NOTHING much in the Settings area – Only license which I don’t have as free and Debug area
    Theme Builder is for PRO
    Landing Page area is where I am editing the TEPMLATE for “UNDER CONSTRUCTION”

    What I see in your Plugin mobile view is NOT what I see on mobile.
    Eg. text very tiny on mobile unreadable BUT where on your Mobile view in your plugin is nice and normal text.

    Same for PC …
    But PC is huge image ONLY see half the image …

    So the pages are therefore are NOT RESPONSIVE now to adjust according to the screen it views in like it should …

    Hello, @kristinubute for mobile and desktop text versions. You can set it up in the SeedProd dashboard.

    For example Text block, see this screenshot: https://a.supportally.com/7VEJkr
    You have the option to set the font size on the desktop and mobile versions. Same thing with the Heading block the option is under Advanced > Typography.

    THanks I’ll look into that now.

    ALSO then the client would like a background covering the whole device whether mobile & PC with a particular background image.

    I have set margins everywhere to 0 and padding to 0 but still does NOT display full width. Can I achieve full width on all devices somehow ?

    Also setting a background image compared to actual image.
    If I set actual image I have to do it as sizing 2000w x 3000H I assume.
    I would prefer to have it as background , is this possible ?

    You need to set the Background Position to Full-Screen Cover. Sometimes the image won’t fit on all devices. You need to use custom CSS to fit the background image on all devices.
