Temporary URL install and change to new domain

You got your temporary name wrong, it has a 1 prefix.
Take a backup of your database.
Yes your database will need some changes, there are plugins that help.

After you have done the changes, then you change the nameserver settings at your domain registrar.
Not sure about the smallish grey text.

I am going to assume your hosting uses cPanel.
Look at the wp-config.php file on your website, it will give you the name of your database.
An icon in cPanel is myphpadmin, it lets you browse and hack your database, one of its options is EXPORT, this will get you a backup of your database.
Plugins to ‘move’ your wordpress (even though it is staying on same server, in many ways it is a move), see which one suits you:
