Tennis Admin not showing Input Fields

Hi there,

The Tennis Table is not showing the Games Allowed content and in the Match Plan the Input field for Sets shows a white column but no fields.

I am using the latest version of the plugin and wordpress v4.2. I have tested the plugins and found no conflict?
