    Hi,

I use tera wallet on my website [ redundant link removed ]. I want to introduce a way for members to withdraw their funds exclusively in cryptocurrency. I have looked at purchasing the Withdrawal Add-on, but this only offers PayPal, Stripe and Bank deposits as withdrawal options. Would it be possible to provide a code snippet that I would run my child theme that would replicate the wallet top-up functionality but instead, the button would be labeled “Withdraw funds” and when the user inputs the amount they would like to withdraw in the next screen, and the click “add’, it would add a cryptocurrency product to the cart, in the same way that the top-up functionality adds an add funds product to the cart. I have created the required crypto product, and when users check out and pay with their tera wallet balance, this would have the effect of withdrawing their tera wallet funds and receiving the crytocurrency in their internal crypto wallet?

Further to my post of yesterday, I have been manually testing the “Withdraw funds” product. It is not auto-generated like the “Add funds” product created by the plug-in, but it is published as a private product and it is hidden. Upon testing, the product works fine in delivering the required crypto to the internal crypto wallet of the user, whilst reducing the balance in their tera wallet. The issue I have is that this transaction is recorded as revenue, which obviously it is not, in the woocommerce sales analytics, but I notice that the top-up transaction from the plugin is correctly not recorded as revenue. Please advise how I can achieve this with my withdrawal product.

@mkandlad Thanks for reaching out. Our wallet top-up product will not show as revenue in WooCommerce sales product. A section is added in the WooCommerce status widget where you can see how much top-up is made.

Regarding converting a crypto product for wallet withdrawal, then you have to write custom code to do so.

@mkandlad Are you using the paid/pro/premium version of this plugin?

    Hello Jan,

    Thank you for your reply.

I am not aware there is a general pro version of the plugin. I am happy to purchase it if there is one. I have purchased the AffiliateWP extension (Order #9382.) However, I have not purchased the Wallet Withdrawal extension as this does not meet my requirements. I am happy to purchase this as part of a package that offers the Crypto Product withdrawal solution that I have requested.

    With kind regards,
    Derrick

@subratamal, I have indeed created a support ticket at https://woowallet.in/support.

Regarding converting a crypto product for wallet withdrawal, I do not have the programming knowledge to write the custom code for this solution. Would you be able to provide this? If required I would be happy to fund the costs of doing this.
