terawallet withdrawal not working

    since i installed woo-wallet withdrawal plugin, my customers has tried many times to withdraw from they wallet to the bank Account and it is not working.
    I advised them to use PayPal or Stripe, but none of them worked too.
    Please, you people should help me fix this.
