I would also love to find out how to bring ‘old’ functionality, as currently shortcodes used within Terms & Conditions page showed the way it is now, don’t work.

So would need to open Terms & Conditions page in new window.

Don’t know if you got a solution but you would need a template override of the terms template for this –

I got rid of shortcodes this time.
Would be nice to have an option for this in future.
Otherwise yea, will be doing overrides.
