Terms and Conditions agreement where?

    Questions are not ending ??

    Terms and Conditions. Is there a way i can add the (yes i agree to terms and conditions and the link to them) option on the check out page next to the privacy policy? in other templates that was always positioned there.

    Do you remember a theme you’ve used that does this? I’d like to check it out firsthand so I can replicate it in Modern Store.

    I can’t find it any more.

    But lets ask this question the other way. Where should a shopper agree to the T&C if not at the checkout page?

    Since i understand, legally he has to AGREE to it with selecting a hook. It can’t just be there existing on a site as a information.

    Okay I’ve got this figured out now. All you need to do is set the Terms and Conditions page in the Customizer (WooCommerce > Checkout) and the checkbox will show up on the checkout page: https://pics.competethemes.com/2ac696777675
