    Hi.

The Terms and Conditions are not displayed even though I have added content to the form.

    What happened?

    Gracias.

    Hello:

Did you turn on the option to show the T&C link in TICKETS->SETTINGS->GENERAL?

    Thanks.

Actually, sorry about that question – the T&C link should show up automatically if filled in, no additional setting necessary. What version of Awesome Support are you using?

    Thanks.

    Hi:

Can please check your browser console to see if any Javascript errors are being thrown.

Also, Is it possible that your theme might be doing something different with checkboxes? Can you see if the T&C checkbox show up on the submit-ticket page if you switch the theme to the standard 2016/2017 WordPress theme.

    Thanks.

    Helo.
It is now displayed, but because I have visited the page as a “guest” user without being a registered client.

The fact is that I added the T & Cs after registered users were created.
I guess that’s why it was not shown on the new ticket form to the already registered user.
Only T & Cs will be shown to new users, right?

I do not know if I explain myself well, my English is not very good.

My apologies for the inconvenience caused.
A greeting and thank you very much for your help.

    Hi:

Thanks for the update – yes, that makes sense. It will only be shown on the registration screen for new users.

Glad you got it all figured out!
