Terms and conditions link

Hi:

If you fill in any data in the terms and conditions box it will automatically cause the “I Accept The Terms and COnditions” checkbox with the “terms and conditions” words hyperlinked to a popup lightbox.

If that popup isn’t working then chances are there is a javascript error conflict on the page that is causing the javascript to not fire.

Can you open up your browser console and see if there are any javascript errors in there before or after you click the “terms and conditions” link?

I don’t have any javascript errors in the console log. I also disabled all plugins. Only the theme change helps.

How can I find what is wrong? I also don’t have any errors in the WordPress debug log.

Hi:

If changing the theme causes it to work again then it means that there is a conflict with the theme. However, it is rare that a conflict do not show any errors at all.

Just out of curiosity, what theme is it?

Thanks. Unfortunately since its a paid-for theme we’re not going to be able to do any testing with it. If it was on www.ads-software.com we would have been able to run a quick test but premium themes we can’t really do anything about in a free forum.
