    Hi,

In the checkout page, you have the checkbox “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions” and “terms and conditions” is a link to the “terms and conditions” of the website.
However, when you click on that link, the terms and conditions Page opens in a small kind of “window” into the right part of the checkout.
In the case of my website, the Pages are made with Visual Composer/WP Bakery Page Builder and in this small “window” the Visual Composer shortcodes appear!
So you can read for example things like “[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]” into the text of the Terms and Conditions! (these shortcodes do not appear on the “regular” Terms and Conditions page of course).
How can I get rid of those shortcodes into the Checkout?

Secondly, all the texts into the Terms and Conditions that are after a bullet point appear in a much bigger font size than the rest of the text.
This is also not the case on the “regular” Terms and Conditions page.
How can I have all the texts to a “normal” font size?

Thank you very much in advance for your help.

    Best regards

If the shortcodes are showing on that page it could be indicative that the content isn’t being loaded correctly for that window. In a case like this, you can disable the Visual Composer for that specific page and see if that helps with how the content loads in that window.
