Terms & Conditions on Registration Form

    When I’m entering the text “I agree to the Terms & Conditions”, I would like to make “Terms & Conditions” with an active link open in a new window. However, when I add HTML codes to this field, they are removed after saving changes. Only text remains.

    The question is:

    is it possible to make the active link here?
