Terms & Conditions when adding a new payment method

Hello,

Since new version, when adding a new credit card in the My account (woocommerce user account) there is an error message saying that you must accept terms & conditions. Ok but there is no check box to permit users to accept related terms & conditions.

I precise that I have a terms & conditions page, and check box appears good in the order and payment process.
