    Are there any terms of service or terms of conditions for using www.ads-software.com?

    Do you mean the WordPress self-hosted software or this site? If you mean the software, this should be covered by the license under which WordPress and derivative works are distributed, ie the GPL -> https://www.ads-software.com/about/gpl/

    If you mean the software here then you only have to honor the terms of the GPL license for the software.
